PhotoSwiper is designed with privacy in mind. Your photos and videos never leave your device.

2. Data Collection

PhotoSwiper does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, photos, videos, or usage analytics. All processing happens locally on your device.

3. Photo Library Access

PhotoSwiper requests access to your photo library solely to display photos and videos for review and to delete items you choose to remove. This access is managed through iOS permissions and can be revoked at any time in Settings.

4. Subscription Data

If you subscribe to PhotoSwiper, your subscription is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. PhotoSwiper does not have access to your payment information.

5. Third-Party Services

PhotoSwiper does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Storage

PhotoSwiper stores only your app preferences (such as shuffle mode setting and daily swipe count) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is not synced or transmitted.

7. Children's Privacy

PhotoSwiper does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
